The Management Today Women in Leadership Power List celebrates visionary, effective and inspirational women at the top of their profession. Open to senior women leaders in organisations of all sizes and all areas of business, across the private, public and not for profit sectors.

Entrants should be senior leaders – either C-suite or director level inside an organisation of any size (including their own business), or head of a large function inside a larger organisation (500+ employees), and should be primarily or exclusively based in the UK.

If you are confirmed as being part of the list, we will invite you to join us for an afternoon photoshoot on Wednesday 13th May 2026.
